Welcome to my portfolio! I'm Ariona, currently serving as a Creative Communications Director at my church. With a strong passion for creativity and a drive to challenge the boundaries of digital marketing, I specialize in managing social media accounts and enhancing engagement through various creative elements.

In my role, I oversee the management of two primary social media accounts, with a focus on Instagram. I have a solid grasp of setting up and running Facebook and Instagram Ads, including post "boosting." Utilizing a range of video editing applications, I craft captivating Instagram video reels that effectively convey our message. Additionally, I leverage my photography skills to capture compelling content for our social media platforms.

To ensure seamless communication, I rely on platforms like Mailchimp to send out regular weekly emails. Designing engaging graphics is another aspect of my expertise, with CANVA being my go-to tool. I effectively communicate our design requirements to the external design company we collaborate with, ensuring our brand voice and identity are accurately represented.

Building and managing teams is an integral part of my responsibilities. Actively involved in our church community, I attend two different campuses, fostering connections and identifying talented individuals to recruit for our creative team. By maintaining open lines of communication and effective task management, I keep teams on track and focused on meeting deadlines.

Outside of my church role, I also contribute to a local Spa Massage business by managing their social media account. Visiting the premises once a month, I create visual content such as photos and videos to curate engaging social media posts, including Instagram reels.

What sets me apart is my ability to quickly adapt to new environments and collaborate effectively within diverse teams. I take pride in aligning with each business's unique brand voice and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, all while maintaining a positive attitude.
